CSM Bridge ("we"), a personal brand of Le Duc Anh, provides an AI assistant platform that answers customers via websites, Facebook Messenger, Zalo, WhatsApp and the CSM Bridge mobile apps (the "Service"). This policy covers csmbridge.net, the CSM Bridge Android/iOS apps and every messaging channel connected to the Service, in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and the 2025 Personal Data Protection Law.
1. Data we collect
- Business accounts: name, email, phone number, company name, password (stored hashed).
- Messages from connected channels: message content, page-scoped sender ID (PSID / Zalo ID / WhatsApp number), public display name and profile picture provided by the platform, timestamps.
- Page connection data: Facebook Page / Zalo OA IDs, page access tokens (encrypted, never displayed again).
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser/device type, access logs for security and abuse prevention.
- Files uploaded by the business so the AI assistant can answer (product documents, price lists, etc.).
We do not collect payment card data; payments, if any, are handled by the payment gateway.
2. How we use data
To provide and operate the Service; to let the AI assistant reply to messages on behalf of the business; to keep conversation history for the business; for security and fraud detection; customer support; legal compliance. We do not sell personal data and do not use messages for advertising.
3. Sharing
- Meta Platforms, Zalo, WhatsApp: to receive and send messages through channels the business connected.
- AI model providers: conversation content is sent to language model providers to generate replies, under data processing terms that prohibit using it to train their models.
- Hosting: our data-centre provider stores data under confidentiality commitments.
- Authorities: when required by law.
4. Retention and security
Data travels over HTTPS; access tokens and secrets are encrypted; each business's data is isolated; access is role-based. Conversation history is kept while the business uses the Service and deleted within 30 days after the account is deleted, except data we must keep by law.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent and request restriction of processing. How to delete your data: https://www.csmbridge.net/en/xoa-du-lieu . We respond within 72 hours and complete requests within 30 days.
6. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
7. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page and by email before they take effect.
