- Email lleducanh@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data", naming the page/website you messaged and your display name.
- Or remove the app in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → CSM Bridge → Remove and request deletion.
Deleted: account information, conversation history, uploaded files, page connection tokens.
Retained: invoices and accounting records for the period required by law (up to 10 years), used for no other purpose.
Timeline: acknowledged within 72 hours, completed within 30 days; we email you a confirmation.
