Thao Dien Villa - Ideal Family Home, Next to BIS School

Finding a 'Nest' for Our Child

Hello everyone, I'm Lan, my husband is Nam, and our little 'princess' is Mai. Two years ago, when Mai started school age, we began our journey to find a new home. It wasn't just a place to live, we wanted to find a true 'nest' where she could grow up healthy, safe, and receive the best education.

Worrying about the 'Commute' and Sleepless Nights

I work in District 1, and my husband travels frequently for work. The time we have for family is limited, so choosing a school for our child was our top priority. I researched many international schools in Ho Chi Minh City, and BIS (British International School) Thao Dien really impressed me with its curriculum, teaching staff, and international learning environment. But a big problem arose: our house was too far from school! Taking and picking up our daughter every morning was a torment, taking an hour to commute during peak hours. Sleepless nights worrying about our child, and not having time to play with her, continued.

The Journey to 'Hunt' for a Villa in Thao Dien

We started looking for a house in the Thao Dien area. Thao Dien was 'hot' at that time, every house was expensive. I looked at many projects, from luxury apartments to townhouses, but none met all of the family's criteria. Apartments were too small, with no space for the baby to play. Townhouses are often located in crowded residential areas, lacking privacy. Then I happened to learn about a few villas in a small residential area, right next to BIS school. The price was 'expensive', but I decided to go see it.

A 'Risky' Decision and Surprises

The villa I saw that day really made me 'fall in love at first sight'. It was located in a quiet, secure residential area with lots of greenery. The area is 350m2, with 4 floors and a basement, enough space for the whole family to live. Most importantly, it was just a few steps from BIS school. I asked my husband for his opinion, and he agreed. The decision to buy this villa was a 'risky' decision, as it exceeded the family's financial capacity. But we believe this is a worthwhile investment for our daughter's future.

New Life, New Joy

After moving to the new villa, our family's life changed completely. Mai loves the new house, especially the small garden in the back. Every morning, she walks to school with her mother, chatting happily. I have more time to play with my child, read to her, and cook delicious meals with her. My husband is also less stressed, as he no longer has to worry about taking and picking up his daughter from school. This villa is not just a house, but a home, where we build beautiful memories together.

Advice from a Mother

If you are looking for a home for your family, put your most important criteria first. Don't just look at the price, but consider the location, living environment, and suitability for the family's needs. And don't be afraid to take a little 'risk' if you believe it's the right decision for your children's future.
