Corner Villa in District 2 - Ideal family home, now looking for a new owner

The days of searching for a home

Hello everyone, I'm Lan, and I'm currently living in District 2 with my husband and two children (one is 5 years old, and the other is 3 years old). A few years ago, when our eldest child started kindergarten, my husband and I started seriously looking for a house that would truly be a home, a place where our children could comfortably play, grow, and where our family could bond for a long time. We have looked at many projects, from apartments to townhouses, but none were really satisfactory. Apartments are too small, with no space for children to run around. Townhouses often lack natural light and greenery.

Concerns about space and security

What I was most worried about was the living space for the children. I wanted them to have a small garden to play in, a private space to study and explore. In addition, security is also an important factor. I wanted a quiet residential area with 24/7 security to ensure the safety of my family. I remember sleepless nights worrying when my children were young, just afraid something bad would happen. My husband and I were once very hesitant when looking at a pretty nice townhouse, but the surrounding area was quite noisy and there weren't many friendly neighbors.

Fate with the corner villa on Duong Van An

Then one day, I accidentally learned about the corner villa on Duong Van An Street, in the An Phu - An Khanh residential area. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt like this was the place I had been looking for. The villa has an area of 377m2, with 5 bedrooms, a basement and 3 floors. The design is very airy, with lots of natural light, and a small lovely garden in front. Especially, the villa is located at the corner of 2 streets, so it is very quiet and private. The An Phu - An Khanh residential area is also very secure, with regular security patrols. Around there are many international schools, hospitals, supermarkets, very convenient for the family.

Decision and happy days

After careful consideration, my husband and I decided to buy this villa. I remember the day we received the keys, the whole family was very happy. The children ran around the house, exploring every corner. My wife meticulously arranged the furniture, creating a cozy and comfortable space. The first days living here, I felt like I had found a paradise. In the morning, I often sat sipping coffee, watching my children play in the garden. In the evening, the whole family gathered together, watching movies, reading books. Those simple moments brought me a lot of happiness.

The reason for wanting to transfer the home

However, recently, my husband's job has undergone a major change. He was transferred to another city to take on a more important position. Therefore, my husband and I decided to transfer this villa to move away. I know that saying goodbye to this house will be difficult, but I believe this is the best decision for my husband's career and the future of our family. I hope to find a family who loves this living space, and will continue to nurture this home.

Advice from someone who has been through it

If you are looking for a house to settle down for a long time, take the time to learn carefully about the surrounding area, about utilities, about security, and especially about the living space. Don't just look at the appearance of the house, but pay attention to the real values it brings to your family. And remember that a house is not just a place to live, but a place to create beautiful memories and happy moments.
