Dreaming of a Home
Hi everyone, I'm Lan, currently a stay-at-home mom to 4-year-old Mai. My husband, Tuan, is a construction engineer. Five years ago, when Mai was born, we lived in a small apartment in the city center. At that time, everything was great: convenient, close to work, close to shopping malls. But as Mai grew older, I started to feel uneasy. The apartment complex was too crowded and noisy, with no space for my daughter to play. I was always worried about safety, afraid something would happen to her when she went outside.
A Mother's Constant Worry
I vividly remember the day Mai got lost in the supermarket. Just a few short minutes, but I experienced the most terrifying moments of my life. From then on, I was always more careful in taking care of her, but the worry still haunted me. I started looking for a new place to live, a place that was safer, quieter, and had space for my daughter to develop. I looked at many projects, from townhouses to villas, but couldn't find anything suitable. Either the price was too high, the location was inconvenient, or there weren't enough amenities for the family.
The Journey to Find 'Home'
Tuan, with his experience in the construction industry, helped me a lot in the search. He often read reviews of real estate projects, consulted with friends and colleagues. We visited many different compound communities, from small ones with just a few dozen houses to large ones with hundreds. Each area had its own advantages and disadvantages. Some had very good security, but lacked amenities like parks, swimming pools, and playgrounds. Some had many amenities, but were located too far from the center, making it difficult to get around. I remember once we almost bought a villa in a newly opened compound. But after researching, I found that the area was near a factory, and the air was very polluted. I decided to give up on the project, even though I was very disappointed.
The Compound - A Suitable Choice
Finally, we found this compound. It wasn't the most luxurious compound, nor was it the one with the most amenities. But it had everything we needed: good security, a green space, close to schools and hospitals. The villas here are designed in a modern, airy style, with private gardens. I especially love the children's playground, where Mai can freely run and play, and make friends with other children. Tuan was also very satisfied with the quality of construction of the villas. He said that the villas here are built very solidly, using high-quality materials, ensuring the safety of the family.
Happy Life at 'Home'
After moving to this compound, our family's life has changed a lot. I no longer have to worry about security, because the compound has 24/7 security, surveillance cameras everywhere. Mai can play outside comfortably without fear of danger. I also have more time to take care of my family, because I don't have to worry about security and amenities. In the morning, I often walk with Mai in the park, admiring the flowers. In the evening, we often have small barbecues in the garden, inviting friends and relatives to come over. I feel so happy to live in a civilized, friendly community.
Advice from a Mother
If you are looking for a new place to live for your family, I recommend considering compound communities. Compounds not only provide safety and quiet, but also offer many amenities for families. However, you should research the compound carefully before deciding to buy or rent. Consider the location, construction quality, amenities, security, and price. And most importantly, listen to your heart, choose a place where you feel comfortable and happy. Currently, our family is planning to move to a larger villa to welcome a new member. Therefore, we have decided to transfer our current villa. Hopefully, this house will find new owners who love and cherish it.
