Happy Years in Thao Dien
My family, Minh and Lan, along with our little daughter An Nhiên, moved to the Nguyen Van Huong compound – Thao Dien 3 years ago. At that time, the lovely villa with its modern architecture and lush greenery was everything we wanted. The compound was secure, quiet, and close to international schools – perfect for a young family like ours. On weekend afternoons, the whole family would cycle around the area, An Nhiên playing with her little friends, while Minh and Lan enjoyed reading and drinking tea. Life was truly peaceful and happy.
When the 'Nest' Becomes Too Small
But time flies, and An Nhiên grew up so fast. She started to love drawing, building, playing with dolls, and needed her own space to unleash her creativity. Her room gradually became cramped, with toys scattered all over the house. We realized that this small 'nest' was no longer enough for our beloved daughter. It wasn't a lack of material possessions, but a lack of space for her to develop fully. In the evenings, An Nhiên often complained: 'Mom, I wish I had a bigger room so I could spread out all my toys!'
The Journey to Find a New 'Nest'
Deciding to find a more spacious house wasn't easy. We started researching information on real estate websites, consulting with friends and relatives. We looked at many projects, from new urban areas in District 9 to riverside villas in District 2. Each project had its own advantages, but also its limitations. Some projects were too expensive, exceeding our family's financial capabilities. Some projects had inconvenient locations, far from schools and workplaces. Some projects were too noisy, not suitable for our desire for a quiet space. We even considered buying an apartment, but after careful consideration, we realized that a villa with a private garden was still the best choice for our family, especially with an energetic child like An Nhiên.
Staying in Thao Dien
After months of searching, we found the perfect villa in the Nguyen Van Huong compound. This villa has an area of 448m2, a ground floor and 2 floors, Villa walls, with a spacious garden and a small swimming pool. The location of the villa is very convenient, close to schools, close to supermarkets, and only about 15 minutes drive from the city center. The price of the villa is over 200 million/m2, a quite reasonable price compared to other villas in the area. We decided to buy this villa, not because it was 'the best', but because it was the most suitable for our family's needs and desires. It has enough space for An Nhiên to unleash her creativity, a green garden for the whole family to relax, and a convenient location for us to balance work and family life.
Simple Happiness in the New 'Nest'
On the day we moved to the new villa, An Nhiên ran around the garden, shouting with joy. She loved the swimming pool, loved the lush trees, and loved her own room. Lan smiled happily seeing her daughter happy. Minh took the opportunity to admire the garden, planning to plant more trees. In the morning, when opening the window, we could see the sunrise shining on the green park. Life in the new villa is truly peaceful and happy.
Advice from a Mother
If you are looking for a house for your family, remember that no house is perfect. The important thing is that the house must be suitable for your family's needs and desires. Take the time to research carefully, consult with experienced people, and don't be afraid to ask questions. And remember that a house is not just a place to live, but also a place to create beautiful memories.
