The Days of Finding a 'Nest' for My Child
Hi everyone, I'm Lan, currently a stay-at-home mom to 3-year-old Minh. My husband, Tuan, works in the technology industry. Three years ago, when Minh was born, we started thinking about finding a real home to stabilize our family life. Initially, we lived in a small apartment in District 7, but as Minh grew older, I realized he needed more space to play and explore. More importantly, I wanted a safe, quiet living environment close to good kindergartens.
The Worry of 'No Space for Baby to Play'
The apartment in District 7 was convenient, but it was really cramped. Every time Minh ran around, I worried he would bump into furniture. On weekends, if I wanted to take him out to play, I had to go to distant amusement parks. That made me feel tired and anxious. I started looking for townhouses and villas in neighboring districts, but the prices were too high, exceeding our family's financial ability. I was also worried about security, traffic, and the living environment. I had heard a lot about Thao Dien, District 2, an area highly rated for its quality of life, but I still had many concerns.
The Journey to Explore Thao Dien
I started spending time researching information about Thao Dien online, joining real estate groups, and asking for opinions from friends and relatives. I realized that Thao Dien has many advantages: lush green space, good security, many international schools, and amenities for families. However, house prices in Thao Dien are also quite high. I have visited many houses, from townhouses to villas, but still haven't found one that I like. Some are too small, some are too old, and some have inconvenient locations. I started to feel discouraged and thought about continuing to live in the old apartment.
The House at 47/1/13 Quoc Huong - 'A Place of Family Peace'
By chance, a friend introduced me to a house at 47/1/13 Quoc Huong, Thao Dien Ward. The house has an area of 4x17m, recognized 68m2, located in a quiet residential area with good security. When I went to see the house, I was immediately impressed by the spaciousness, natural light, and simple, cozy design. The front yard is spacious, can be used as a playground for baby Minh. There are many trees around the house, creating a feeling of relaxation and closeness to nature. The location of the house is also very convenient, close to kindergartens, supermarkets and other amenities. I asked carefully about prices and legal procedures, and found that this house is suitable for our family's finances. Initially, the asking price was 28 billion VND, but after negotiation, we closed the price at 27 billion VND.
Happy Days in Thao Dien
After moving to the new house, our family life has changed a lot. Minh has a spacious space to play and explore. He loves running around the yard, playing with the little friends in the residential area. I also have more time to take care of my family and myself. In the morning, I often walk with my husband to exercise in the park near the house. In the evening, we cook and chat together. I feel happy and peaceful living in Thao Dien.
Advice from a Mother
If you are looking for a place to settle down for your family, I recommend considering Thao Dien. This is an area with a high quality of life, good security and many amenities for families. However, you also need to research prices and legal procedures carefully before deciding to buy a house. Don't put too much emphasis on 'perfection', find a house that suits your family's needs and abilities. Most importantly, create a warm, happy and peaceful living space for your loved ones.
