Thao Dien - Family Home, Why We're Letting Go of Our Villa

The Days of Searching for a Home

Hello everyone, I'm Lan, and I'm currently a young mother of Minh. Three years ago, when Minh turned one year old, our family decided to find a new place to live, a true home where Minh could grow and develop. We considered many areas in Ho Chi Minh City, from bustling central areas to quiet suburbs. Ultimately, Thao Dien caught the eye of both of us.

The Worries of a Young Family

At that time, my husband and I both worked in District 1, but I realized that life in the center was too noisy, lacked green space, and was especially unsafe for young children. I was always worried about where Minh would play, how to breathe fresh air. Moreover, I was also very concerned about the quality of Minh's education, I wanted Minh to be educated in the best possible environment.

Thao Dien - The Perfect Choice?

Thao Dien appeared like a dream with tree-lined streets, luxurious villas, and playgrounds for children. This area has many high-quality international schools, meeting Minh's future learning needs. In particular, Thao Dien has a large community of foreigners living, creating a multicultural environment, helping Minh have the opportunity to experience many different cultures. We spent months researching real estate projects in Thao Dien, carefully considering location, amenities, price, and development potential. Finally, we decided to buy a villa with a swimming pool at 204B6/4 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien, District 2. This villa has an area of 171m2, designed with 4 bedrooms, a private swimming pool, and a spacious garden. It has a basement, 3 floors, and a rooftop (with an elevator), which is very convenient for our family.

Happy Years

3 years living in Thao Dien are 3 happy years of our family. Minh was able to play freely in the pool, run on the lawn, and make friends with other children in the area. My husband and I also had more time to spend with our family, cooking, reading, and walking in the park together. However, as time went on, Minh grew up, and his needs changed. Minh started school, needing a quieter space to study and do homework. In addition, I also wanted a separate area to work at home, as my job requires high concentration. Our current villa, although very beautiful and comfortable, does not meet these new needs.

Decision to Transfer

After many sleepless nights, we decided to transfer this villa to find a space more suitable for Minh's development. This was not an easy decision, as we had become very attached to this house. But I believe that finding a new home that meets our family's needs is the most important thing. I hope this villa will find new owners who will love and cherish it as we once did.

Advice for Young Families

If you are looking for a place to live for your family, carefully consider the needs of family members. Don't just focus on external amenities, but pay attention to the living space inside, safety, and the surrounding environment. Remember that a true home is not just a place to live, but a place to share love, care, and happy moments together.
