From a Small Apartment to Thao Dien - Our Journey to Find a Family Nest
Hi everyone, I'm Lan, currently a stay-at-home mom to 4-year-old Minh. My husband, Tuan, works in the technology industry. Five years ago, when we first got married, we decided to buy a small apartment in the city center. At that time, we thought a cozy and convenient space was enough. But when Minh was born, things started to change.
Struggling Days with Living Space
The small apartment gradually became cramped as Minh grew up. Toys, books, and clothes of Minh filled every corner. Every time Minh ran around, I worried about him tripping and falling. On weekend evenings, the whole family had to squeeze onto the small sofa to watch movies. I started to feel tired and stressed because the living space was not comfortable enough. Tuan also shared that he found it difficult to concentrate on work at home because of the noise and bustle of Minh.
Thao Dien - A New Hope for the Family
We started looking for a new home, more spacious, quieter, and closer to nature. After many days of research, we decided to come to Thao Dien. This area has many villas and townhouses with green spaces, good security, and amenities for families such as international schools, parks, and children's play areas. We visited many houses, but finally chose a villa right on 64 Street. This villa has an area of 152m2, 7 bedrooms, full furniture, and faces West-South. The selling price is 48 billion VND, about 310 million VND/m2. The location of the villa is very convenient, close to international schools, supermarkets, and entertainment areas. I especially love the spacious garden behind the house, where Minh can freely run and play.
Difficult Decision and What We Learned
The decision to buy this villa was not easy. The amount of money spent was quite large, and we had to carefully consider our finances. However, we believe this is a worthwhile investment for the future of our family. We borrowed a portion from the bank, and the rest was from savings. After moving to the new villa, our family life has completely changed. Minh has a spacious space to play, Tuan has a quiet private office, and I also have more time to take care of myself and my family. We often organize outdoor barbecues, inviting friends and relatives to come over. On weekend evenings, the whole family watches movies together in the spacious living room. I feel happy and grateful for finding an ideal home for my family.
Advice for Those Looking for a 'Nest' for Their Family
If you are looking for a home for your family, carefully consider your needs and financial ability. Don't just focus on area and price, but pay attention to living space, surrounding amenities, and security. Thao Dien is a livable area, but you should also research other projects to make the best choice. Most importantly, find a place where your whole family feels comfortable, happy, and can bond for a long time. Currently, due to changes in Tuan's work, we are considering moving to another city to develop our career. Therefore, we have decided to transfer this villa to another family with the same interests and needs.
