Hello everyone, I'm Lan, currently a busy mother of 4-year-old Mai. My husband, Tuan, works in the technology industry. A few years ago, when Mai started to grow up, we realized that our apartment in District 2 was no longer spacious enough for our daughter to explore. What impressed us most was that this villa area is guarded 24/7, with full amenities such as parks, children's play areas, mini-supermarkets… The location of the villa is also very convenient, close to international schools and shopping centers. Although the rental price of $6,000/month is not cheap, we feel this is a worthwhile investment for our daughter's future.
A Peaceful and Happy Life
After moving to the new villa, our family life has changed a lot. Mai has a spacious space to play and explore. I can rest assured to go to work without worrying about my daughter's safety. In the evenings, we often cook, eat dinner and watch movies together in the living room. On weekends, we often take her for a walk in the park, play in the children's play area. I feel happy to see my daughter grow up healthy and happy in the new home.

If you are looking for a safe, quiet home for your family, consider the Thao Dien area. This is a very livable area, with many amenities and a healthy living environment. Don't just focus on the price, carefully consider security, location and surrounding amenities. Most importantly, choose a house that your whole family feels comfortable and happy in.
