Introducing Our Little Family
Hello everyone, I'm Lan, 38 years old, and my husband, Hung, is 40. We have two children, an 8-year-old daughter named Mai and a 5-year-old son named Nam. Our family has lived in Saigon for over 10 years. We used to rent an apartment, but when Nam was born, the living space became too cramped. My in-laws also live nearby, and they always wished to live with their grandchildren, with us. So, the journey to find a spacious, safe, and close-knit home for our family began.
Concerns About Space and Security
Living in an apartment, I was always worried about the children's play area. Mai and Nam are very active, love to run and explore, but apartments are limited. Every weekend, I had to take the kids to distant parks, which was very inconvenient. Besides, security in the apartment was also a concern. I was always afraid the kids would run out on their own, or strangers would linger. My in-laws were also not used to apartment living; they preferred the quietness and closeness to nature.
The Journey to Find a New 'Nest'
We started searching for houses on real estate websites, asking friends and relatives. I looked at many projects, from townhouses to villas, but none were satisfactory. Townhouses were too small, and villas were too expensive. There was a time when I almost gave up. Then a friend introduced me to the Thao Dien area. I heard that Thao Dien is a quiet residential area with good security, many international schools, and amenities for families. I decided to go take a look.
The Thao Dien area really impressed me. The roads were clean, the trees were lush, and the air was fresh. The kids loved riding their bikes and playing in the park. I looked at a few villas, but none were suitable for our family's needs. Until I came across the villa on Road 64. This villa has an area of 152m2, 7 bedrooms, and is fully furnished. The design of the villa is very airy, with a spacious garden. Most importantly, this villa is located in a secure residential area with 24/7 security. The location is also very convenient, close to schools, supermarkets, and hospitals.
Deciding to Settle in Thao Dien
After careful consideration, we decided to buy this villa. I know this wasn't an easy decision. The price of the villa was quite high (48 billion VND), exceeding our family's financial capacity. But I believe this is a worthwhile investment. A place for the whole family to live together, to create beautiful memories together. I also thought about the future of the children; a good living environment will help them develop comprehensively.
Happy Days in Thao Dien
Since moving to Thao Dien, our family's life has changed a lot. The kids have plenty of space to play and explore. My in-laws are also very happy; they often come over to play with the grandchildren and help us take care of the family. I also have more time to take care of myself and participate in social activities. Every morning, I wake up early, drink a cup of coffee, and watch the green park. I feel so happy and peaceful.
