From a Small Apartment to the Dream of a 'Nest'
Hi everyone, I'm Lan, currently a stay-at-home mom to 4-year-old Minh. Previously, our family lived in a 2-bedroom apartment in Binh Thanh district. Initially, that apartment met our needs as a couple. But as Minh grew older, things started to feel cramped. He needed space to play and explore, and my husband and I always felt a lack of privacy.
Concerns About Space and Security
What worried me the most was the lack of space for Minh to develop fully. Every time he ran around, I had to constantly remind him to be careful, afraid he would bump into things. Also, living in a crowded residential area, I was very concerned about security. I always wanted a safe, quiet place for my child to grow up healthy.
The Journey to Find the Ideal 'Nest'
So, I started looking for a new house, more spacious, safer, and with more amenities. I looked at many projects, from townhouses to villas, in different areas of the city. I prioritized areas with a healthy living environment, good schools, and many family-friendly amenities. I remember once, I went to see a townhouse in District 2, but that area was too far from the center, making it inconvenient for my husband to commute. Then I looked at a villa in Phu My Hung, but the price was too high, exceeding our family's financial ability. I started to feel discouraged, wondering when I would find the ideal 'nest'.

I imagined the weekend evenings, the whole family would gather by the pool, admiring the sparkling city. The spacious basement parking, accommodating 3 cars, is very convenient for our family. The pink book (legal status) is fully completed in 2022, I feel very secure.
The Decision and Feelings When 'Coming Home'
After careful consideration, my husband and I decided to buy this villa. I know this is a big decision, but I believe it is a worthwhile investment for the future of our family. The day we moved into the new house, Minh was very excited. He ran around the house, exploring every corner. My husband and I also felt very happy and peaceful. In the early morning, I often go to the rooftop, sip a cup of coffee, and admire the city. It feels great!

If you are looking for a 'nest' for your family, take the time to research carefully and choose a place that suits your needs and financial ability. Don't just focus on area and price, but pay attention to the living environment, security, and surrounding amenities. Most importantly, choose a place where your whole family feels happy and peaceful.
