From Our Early Days in Phu My Hung...
We, a young family with a 3-year-old son, moved to Phu My Hung 5 years ago. Initially, we chose a villa in My Hao, hoping for a spacious area for our son to explore. My Hao was truly very quiet, close to the Crescent Lake, and the evening walks by the lake were beautiful memories. The villa, 17.5x17.47m, 304.5m2, 3 floors, was truly ideal at the time. But life always has unexpected changes.
...to Worries as Our Son Grew
Our son grew up so fast. Indoor games gradually became less attractive. He started asking for a larger garden to run around in, a swimming pool to splash around in. We realized that our current living space no longer met his needs. Moreover, my work became increasingly busy, and I had less and less time to take my son to school and play. We started looking for a new place to live, closer to school, with more amenities for our son.
The Journey to Find a New 'Nest'
Each week, we spent time looking at different projects in Phu My Hung. From luxury apartments in the city center to riverside townhouses. We considered many factors: location, area, amenities, security, and especially the living environment. Some apartments were very beautiful, but too far from school. Some townhouses had large gardens, but lacked amenities for children. We felt stuck, as if we were looking for something that didn't exist.
My Gia 2 - Where We Found the Right Fit
Then we happened to learn about My Gia 2. A villa with 1 ground floor and 2 upper floors, land area of 15x17m (255m2), with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a worship room, a maid's room, and a spacious garden. The special thing is that the garden can have a swimming pool. The house faces Southeast, very cool. We visited the house on a beautiful sunny afternoon. When my son ran out into the garden, excitedly shouting, I knew we had found our new 'nest'.
Happy Days at My Gia 2
After moving to My Gia 2, our lives changed a lot. My son has a spacious garden to play in, a swimming pool to swim in. We have more time to be together, to share happy moments. My Gia 2 is close to school, so I no longer have to worry about taking my son to school. Moreover, this area has many amenities for children: parks, playgrounds, sports centers. We are very satisfied with our current life.
Advice from a Mother
If you are looking for a place to live for your family, remember that no place is perfect. The important thing is to find a place that suits your family's needs and desires. Take the time to learn about different projects, consider important factors, and don't be afraid to ask for advice from those who have experience. And most importantly, listen to your heart. Because, home is not just a place to live, but a place to love and share.
