PXL Food Street: 5-story family home near schools

From a Small Apartment to Concerns About Lack of Space

Hi everyone, I'm Lan, currently a stay-at-home mom to 4-year-old Mai. Previously, our family lived in a 2-bedroom apartment in Binh Thanh District. Initially, the apartment seemed sufficient for just the two of us. But as Mai grew older, things started to become difficult. Her toys filled the living room, and the common living space became increasingly cramped. I started to worry, fearing she wouldn't have enough space to play and develop.

The Journey to Find a True Home

My husband and I began searching for a house, a place with enough space for Mai to explore. We looked at many houses in different districts, from District 2 to District 7. But most didn't meet our requirements. Either the price was too high, or the location was inconvenient, far from schools and entertainment areas. I started to lose hope, thinking that finding a suitable house was impossible.

PXL Food Street - An Unexpected Opportunity

A friend introduced me to the Phan Xich Long area in Phu Nhuan District. Initially, I wasn't very impressed because I thought the area was quite noisy and full of restaurants. But when I went to see it in person, I completely changed my mind. Phan Xich Long Street is very bustling, but still retains a peaceful atmosphere, especially the small alleys. I stumbled upon a 5-story house at 236-238 Phan Xich Long. The house has an area of 8x16m, recognized area of 128m2, with a structure of ground floor + 5 floors. At first glance, I felt this house was very suitable for my family.

The Decision and Wonderful Things

After careful consideration, we decided to buy this house. The price of the house is 95 billion VND, with a monthly rental income (HĐT) of 170 million VND. I know this is not a small amount of money, but I believe this is a worthwhile investment for the future of my family. After moving to the new house, our family's life has completely changed. Mai has her own playroom, a small rooftop terrace to plant trees and play. My husband and I have private space to work and relax. The Phan Xich Long area is very close to schools, hospitals, and supermarkets, which is very convenient for daily living. Especially, Mai loves to go to the street to eat snacks and discover new foods.

Memorable Moments

Every evening, our family often has dinner together on the rooftop terrace, watching the city lights. Mai always talks about the interesting things that happened during the day. Those simple moments make me feel happy and grateful for life. I will always remember the day Mai ran around the house, excitedly cheering when she received her birthday present. Or the weekends when our family went for walks in the park near our house. Those memories will forever be beautiful memories in my heart.

Advice from a Mother

If you are looking for a house for your family, remember that no house is perfect. What's important is whether that house is suitable for your family's needs and desires. Take the time to research carefully, consider all factors before making a decision. And don't forget that a house is not just a place to live, but also a home, where you and your family can share happy moments together.
