Ansana Kita: Finding 'a place to belong' in the city - A young family's journey

The days of searching for 'a place to belong'

I'm Lan, a freelance architect, and my husband, Nam, works in the technology sector. We've been married for 3 years, and our first daughter, Mai, just turned 18 months old. Life in a small apartment in the city center in the early years was vibrant, but as Mai grew older, we began to feel the need for a more spacious, quieter space, a place that truly felt like 'home'.

The worries of young parents

Our current apartment is only about 50m2. When Mai started walking, things became more difficult. Toys were scattered everywhere, and the common living space was narrowed. We started to feel cramped and lacked time for each other. I remember the nights Mai cried, my husband and I had to take turns holding her and walking around the room to lull her to sleep. We longed for a space where she could freely explore, where we could relax and enjoy simple moments together.

The journey of 'crossing the city' to find it

We started searching on real estate websites, asking for advice from friends and relatives. We looked at many projects, from luxury apartments in the center to suburban housing areas. But most did not meet our requirements. Either they were too far from the center, with inconvenient transportation, or they didn't have enough amenities for young families. There was a time when I almost despaired. I thought finding a truly 'place to belong' was too far-fetched.

Ansana by Kita - A 'breath of fresh air' in the city

By chance, I learned about the Ansana by Kita project on Vo Van Kiet Street. The location of the project is very convenient, close to the center but separated from the hustle and bustle of the city. We visited the model apartment and were immediately impressed by the green, airy living space. The apartments are intelligently designed, optimizing the use of space and having spacious balconies, where we can grow plants and enjoy the fresh air. In particular, the children's play area is designed very creatively, with many physical and educational games.

The decision to 'belong'

We carefully considered before making a decision. The price of an Ansana by Kita apartment is not cheap, around 80 million VND/m2. But we realized that this was a worthwhile investment for the future of our family. We weren't just buying an apartment to live in, we were buying a lifestyle, a good living environment for our daughter. We decided to buy a 3-bedroom apartment, 85m2, with a city view. We believe this is where we can bond for a long time, where we can create beautiful memories and grow together.

The days of 'belonging'

After moving to Ansana by Kita, our lives have changed a lot. Mai has a spacious space to play and explore. We have a lovely balcony to grow plants and sip coffee in the morning. In the evening, we can watch movies, read books, or simply chat and share stories of the day. I feel happier and more peaceful than ever. Ansana by Kita is not just a place to live, it's a true 'place to belong' for my family.

Advice from someone who 'belongs'

If you are looking for a living space that is not just to live in, but also to 'belong', consider Ansana by Kita. This is a livable project, with a convenient location, a green living space and many amenities for young families. Don't just look at the price, look at the value it brings. Find a place where you and your family can feel happy and peaceful.
