The Days of Searching for a Home
Hello everyone, I'm Lan, and I'm currently living with my husband and 5-year-old Minh in a small apartment in Binh Thanh District. Life here is quite convenient, but as Minh grows up, he needs more space to play and explore. Moreover, my husband and I both work in the technology industry and always want a quiet, safe living environment to focus on work and take care of our family.
Concerns about Space and Security
Our current apartment is just over 70m2, and Minh is growing up so fast, with toys and books filling the room. Every time he runs around, I worry about him tripping and falling. In addition, the area where we live is quite noisy, with a lot of traffic, which does not ensure the necessary quiet for work and Minh's sleep. Security is also a concern that worries me. I always want a place with 24/7 security and surveillance cameras everywhere to feel secure when going to work.
The Unending Search
I started researching new residential areas and land projects with well-planned layouts. I looked at many projects in District 9 and Thu Duc, but didn't feel really suitable. Some projects were too far from the center, with difficult transportation. Some projects were too crowded and noisy. I also asked for opinions from friends and relatives, and read reviews online. During the search, I visited many plots of land and houses, but all encountered certain limitations. Some land had a good location but was too expensive. Some houses had a large area but were dilapidated and needed a lot of repair. I started to feel discouraged, not knowing when I would find a place that I really liked.
The Century 21 - An Unexpected Choice
By chance, a friend introduced me to The Century 21 in District 2. I researched information about this residential area and was quite impressed. The Century 21 has a fairly convenient location, close to the highway, making it easy to move to the central districts. The residential area is synchronously planned, with many amenities such as parks, schools, supermarkets, and medical centers. In particular, The Century 21 has a very good security system, with 24/7 security and surveillance cameras everywhere. I decided to visit a plot of land here. The land I visited was 8m x 20m (160m2), facing Road No. 47, with a pink book of individual ownership. This area is large enough for me to build a small villa with a garden and space for Minh to play. I also really like the architecture of the villas in the residential area, modern, luxurious, but still close to nature.
The Decision and Overwhelming Emotions
After careful consideration, my husband and I decided to buy this land. This is not the perfect choice, but it is suitable for our family's needs and financial conditions. We borrowed from the bank to have enough money to buy land and build a house. During the construction of the house, I always closely monitored the progress and chose the best building materials to ensure quality and safety for my family. When the villa was completed, I was truly overwhelmed with happiness. Minh loves the new house, running around the garden, laughing non-stop. My husband and I also feel very comfortable and relaxed living here. In the morning, I often sit and sip a cup of coffee, watching the green park. In the evening, the whole family eats dinner together, chats, and shares the joys of life.
Advice from the Heart
If you are looking for a place to build a home for your family, carefully consider factors such as location, security, amenities, and living environment. Don't just look at the price, put your family first. Find a place where you and your loved ones can feel happy and peaceful. The Century 21 may not be the right choice for everyone, but it has brought a better life to my family. Currently, I am intending to transfer this land to upgrade to a larger villa, suitable for the family's living needs in the future.
