A Little Dream of My Family
I'm Lan, 32 years old, working in marketing. My husband, Anh, is a construction engineer. We have a 4-year-old daughter named Mai. Two years ago, when Mai started kindergarten, we began thinking about finding a new apartment, more spacious and quieter, so our daughter could have the best environment to grow up in.
Tiring Days of Searching
We looked at many projects in Ho Chi Minh City, from luxury apartments in the center to new residential areas in the suburbs. But most of them didn't meet our requirements. Central apartments were too noisy and expensive. New residential areas often lacked amenities, were far away, and didn't have much green space.
The Win City – An Unexpected Choice
By chance, I learned about The Win City Duc Hoa. Initially, I wasn't very impressed because Duc Hoa is located in Long An, quite far from the center of Ho Chi Minh City. But when I visited the site, I completely changed my mind. The Win City isn't a bustling, vibrant urban area. It has a peaceful, tranquil beauty, with lots of greenery and open space. We especially loved the internal park, where Mai could freely run and play.
An Ideal Living Space for the Family
Our apartment at The Win City is 75m2, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Not too big, but enough for the whole family to live comfortably. The apartment's balcony overlooks the park, and every morning I often come out here to drink coffee and watch my daughter play. In the evening, we eat dinner together, chat, and enjoy the fresh air. What I like most about The Win City is the quietness. There's no traffic noise, no hustle and bustle of the city. Only the sound of birds chirping, the wind blowing, and the laughter of our family.
Affordable Price, Development Potential
The selling price of apartments at The Win City is around 30 million VND/m2, which is quite reasonable compared to other projects in Ho Chi Minh City. Moreover, Duc Hoa is a strongly developing industrial area, with high real demand for housing. We believe that in the future, the value of real estate here will increase. We decided to buy this apartment not only to live in, but also as an investment for our daughter's future.
A Correct Decision
For the past two years, we've had happy days at The Win City. Mai has grown up, become healthier, and is increasingly intelligent. We've found a true home, where we can feel secure working, playing, and enjoying life. If you're looking for a place to settle down with your family, I think The Win City is a worthwhile consideration. Perhaps, you'll also find a little dream here like my family did.
