- Accounts: you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account; registration details must be accurate.
- Acceptable use: no spam, unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content; comply with Meta, Zalo and WhatsApp policies, including Messenger's 24-hour messaging rules.
- Your content: you keep rights to the data and documents you upload and grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the Service.
- AI replies: AI-generated replies may be inaccurate; the business is responsible for checking prices and policies sent to customers and can hand a conversation to a human agent at any time.
- Fees: according to the selected plan published on the site; fees paid are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.
- Suspension/termination: we may suspend accounts that breach section 3; you may delete your account at any time (https://www.csmbridge.net/en/xoa-du-lieu).
- Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, our liability does not exceed the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
- Governing law: the laws of Vietnam; disputes are first negotiated, then resolved by a competent court in Vietnam.
