My family consists of my husband, me, and Minh, who is 6 years old. Five years ago, when Minh was born, we started looking for a new place to live, a place that wasn't just a house but a home where Minh could grow up healthy and happy. At that time, our lives were quite busy, both of us working in the city center, but we always prioritized spending time with our family.
Tiring days of searching
We looked at many apartments and townhouses, but none of them really satisfied us. Apartments were often too small, with no space for Minh to play. Townhouses were too noisy, not ensuring privacy. We started to feel discouraged, thinking that finding an ideal home was impossible. We wanted a place with green space, good security, close to schools and essential amenities for the family.
Diamond Island - An unexpected opportunity
By chance, we learned about Diamond Island. As soon as we set foot here, we were impressed by the green and peaceful living space. Rows of green trees, spacious roads, lovely parks… all created a beautiful picture. We visited a few villas here and really liked them. However, the price was a big issue. We had to consider a lot, carefully review our finances before making a decision.
Decision and the journey of building a home
Finally, we decided to buy this villa. It has an area of 300m2, 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen, and a private elevator. The furniture is imported from Europe, luxurious and convenient. Most importantly, it has a spacious garden where Minh can freely play and run around. We spent a lot of time decorating and designing this villa in our own family style. We planted more trees, bought toys for Minh, and created a cozy and happy living space.
Memorable memories
Over the past 5 years, this villa has witnessed so many memorable memories of my family. Minh has grown up day by day, learning to walk, talk, go to school… all happened in this house. We have organized many birthday parties, family gatherings, special occasions… all leaving unforgettable impressions in the hearts of each member. Every morning I wake up to the sound of Minh's laughter, watching my child run around the garden, I feel incredibly happy.
The reason we decided to transfer ownership
Currently, my husband's job has moved to another city. We decided to transfer ownership of this villa to move there and start a new life. We are very sorry to leave here, but we believe this is the right decision for our career and future. We hope to find another family who loves and appreciates this villa as we once did.
