I want to share about a house with frontage on Truc Road, in Thu Duc. The land area is 10m x 11m, with a total recognized area of 115m2. The house has a C4 structure and faces Northwest. The good thing is, Truc Road isn’t a major thoroughfare, but it’s quite bustling with a stable population. There are plenty of amenities nearby: markets, schools, mini-supermarkets… Honestly, I think it’s very suitable for young families who want a private, quiet space that is still convenient for daily life.
A few things I want to add:

- Regarding price: The selling price is 35 billion VND. I know that not everyone can afford it, but I think it’s a reasonable price compared to the location and area of the house.
My wife and I bought this house hoping to build a happy home, where our children can grow up and develop. But due to some personal reasons, I have to transfer it. I hope to find a new owner who truly loves this house and will cherish it.
