When I was a child, whenever I went with my father along Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, I often looked at the ancient houses with red tiled roofs under the sunlight. Back then, this area was very peaceful, not as noisy as it is now. The trees were lush, and people often sat drinking coffee on the sidewalk, chatting cheerfully. Now, Saigon has changed so much, but this street still retains its own unique character, a bit of nostalgia for an old Saigon.

My wife and I bought this house 5 years ago, when we first got married. At that time, we dreamed of a small nest where we could build happiness together and raise our children. We decided to sell this house because we want to move to another area, closer to the international school for our children. This is a difficult decision, because this house holds many memories of my family. But we believe that this is the best thing for the future of our children.
