Introducing My Family
Hi everyone, my name is Lan, and I work in marketing. My husband, Tuan, is a construction engineer. We have a 5-year-old daughter named Mai. Our family always prioritizes bonding activities, cooking together, reading, and especially small, cozy parties with friends and relatives. Therefore, finding a living space that suits the preferences and needs of the whole family is extremely important.
The Worry of Finding a True Home
Previously, we lived in an apartment in District 2. The apartment was quite convenient, but lacked privacy and didn't have a place for Mai to play comfortably. Every weekend, we had to go to parks and entertainment areas, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. I always wished for a private space, a garden where Mai could freely run and explore, and a place where the whole family could relax and enjoy moments together. Moreover, my husband Tuan is a wine lover, and he always wanted a private space to display and enjoy his precious wines.

We started searching for a suitable house from the beginning of last year. I browsed through many real estate websites, asked for advice from friends and relatives, and visited many different houses. Some houses had beautiful locations, but lacked a garden. Some houses had spacious gardens, but were too far from the center, inconvenient for work and taking Mai to school. Some houses had reasonable prices, but were dilapidated and needed a lot of repairs. I felt quite discouraged because it seemed like no house could meet all of my family's criteria. Then, I happened to know about the garden villa on So 5A Street, Chu Van An Residential Area, Binh Thanh through a friend. As soon as I saw the picture of the house, I was very impressed.
Deciding to Choose This Villa
We went to see the house on a weekend afternoon. The house has an area of 10m x 20m, with 3 solid floors and a private garage. The most special thing is that the house has a very unique garden wine cellar, which is exactly Tuan's dream. In addition, the house also has a bar inside and outside, a green front and back garden, creating a feeling of relaxation and peace. The location of the house is also very convenient, close to schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and other amenities. After careful consideration, we decided to buy this house. I know this isn't the most perfect house, but it's the most suitable house for my family's needs and preferences. It has enough space for Mai to play, a wine cellar for Tuan to indulge his passion, and a peaceful and relaxing living space for the whole family.
Happy Life at Our New Home
Since moving to this villa, our family's life has changed a lot. Mai has a spacious garden to run and explore, and has many new friends. Tuan has his own wine cellar to display and enjoy his precious wines. We often host small, cozy parties with friends and relatives in the garden. In the evenings, we sit together, sip wine, chat, and enjoy happy moments together. I am very grateful to have found a true home for my family.
