The 'Struggling' Days in Our Old House
My husband and I moved to Thu Duc City 5 years ago, when Minh was just 1 year old. Initially, we rented a small apartment in the old An Phu area. The apartment was only about 50m2, enough for the two of us, but as Minh grew older, things started to become difficult. His toys were scattered everywhere, the common living space was narrowed, and both of us felt suffocated. On nights when Minh cried, I often wondered: 'Is this the place for my child to grow up?'
Searching for a More Spacious Place
We started looking for a more spacious house with a garden for Minh to play in. Our top criteria were good security, proximity to schools and hospitals. Area B, An Phu, An Khanh emerged as a potential option. This area has a lush green space, a civilized community, and especially many high-quality kindergartens and elementary schools. However, the prices here are not cheap. We looked at many houses, from townhouses to villas, but couldn't find one that met all our requirements.
The 3-Story Villa with Basement - 'Destiny'
One day, while browsing the internet, I came across information about a 3-story villa with a basement on Number 18 Street, Area B, An Phu. This villa has an area of 200m2, with 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Modern, airy design, with a small garden in the back. We contacted Mr. Tuong Villa to see the house. When we arrived, I was really impressed with the space of the villa. The basement is a spacious garage, the ground floor is the living room and kitchen, the second floor is Minh's bedroom and my husband's study, and the third floor is the parents' bedroom and guest room. The small garden in the back is enough for Minh to play and grow vegetables.
A 'Risky' Decision and Worries
The selling price of the villa is 65 billion VND, a significant number compared to our financial capacity. We had to carefully consider, consult with family and friends. Finally, we decided to 'risk' borrowing more from the bank to buy this house. We believe this is a worthwhile investment for the future of our family. However, I still had worries in my heart. Will we be able to afford to repay the bank loan? Will Minh be able to adapt to the new environment?
Happy Life in Our New Haven
After moving to the new villa, our family's life has completely changed. Minh has a spacious space to play and explore. Every morning, he often runs around the garden, laughing with his parents. My husband and I also feel more comfortable and relaxed. We can spend more time with each other and with our children. Area B, An Phu also has many amenities such as parks, supermarkets, shopping centers, making our lives more convenient. Watching Minh grow up day by day in the new house, I feel happy and grateful for making the right decision.
