The Search for a Family Home
Hi everyone, I'm Lan, currently a stay-at-home mom to 4-year-old Minh. My husband, Tuan, works in the technology industry. Five years ago, when Minh was still very young, we started looking for a new place to live, a true home for our family. At that time, we lived in a small apartment in the city center, everything was convenient but lacked space for Minh to play and explore. Tuan often had to work remotely, needing a quiet, private space. I always wanted a place where I could plant trees, with a garden for Minh to be close to nature.
The Worry of Finding a Living Space
Finding a suitable house wasn't easy. We looked at many townhouses and villas in different areas of the city. But most didn't meet our family's criteria. Some were too far from the center, making commuting inconvenient. Some were too small, not enough space for Minh and the family. Some had designs that weren't feng shui compliant, not bringing a comfortable, cozy feeling. I remember once, we saw a very beautiful villa, but it was located near a busy road, very noisy. Minh really liked that house, but Tuan and I were worried about the noise affecting the baby's sleep and health.
An Phu - An Khanh Residential Area: A Hopeful Stop
By chance, a friend introduced me to the An Phu - An Khanh residential area, District 2. This area is quite quiet, close to international schools, supermarkets, and hospitals. Especially, this area has a lot of greenery, fresh air. We decided to visit a few houses here. And as soon as we stepped onto Number 17 street, we felt a difference. The road is spacious and clean, with beautiful villas on both sides, surrounded by lush green trees. We saw this corner villa with 2 frontages and were immediately impressed by its spaciousness and beauty. The villa has an area of 15x20m, a total floor area of up to 366.9m2, with 6 bedrooms, reasonable layout, no elevator needed. Modern, luxurious design, but still brings a warm, cozy feeling. Especially, the villa has a small garden behind it, where we can plant trees, creating a green space for the family.
The Decision and Happy Days
After careful consideration, we decided to buy this villa. This was an important decision, marking a turning point in our family's life. The first few days of moving in, Minh really enjoyed the new space. The baby ran and played in the garden, exploring every corner of the house. Tuan has a quiet, private workspace. I can comfortably plant trees, take care of my family. We had beautiful memories, happy moments together in this villa. However, recently, Tuan's job has changed, he has been transferred to another city. Therefore, we decided to relocate this villa, to start a new chapter in life.
What We Learned
We are very sorry to leave this villa, but we believe this is the right decision. We had happy years here, and we hope this villa will find new owners, people who will love and cherish it as we once did. If you are looking for a spacious, airy, secure villa, close to amenities, this could be a great choice. We believe this villa will bring your family a happy and peaceful life.
Advice from the Heart
If you are planning to buy a house, take the time to research carefully, consider important factors such as location, area, design, feng shui. Don't just look at the appearance, pay attention to the real values that the house brings to your family. And most importantly, listen to your heart, choose a place where you feel comfortable, happy, and peaceful.
