An Phu An Khanh: Rediscovering Peace for Our Little Family After City Hustle

From the 'Rat Race' in the City Center

Hi everyone, I'm Lan, currently a stay-at-home mom to 3-year-old Minh. Previously, my husband and I lived in a small apartment near District 1. Life there was very convenient, everything was close by, but it was also very noisy and stifling. I work in an office, my husband is a construction engineer, both of us are busy with work. The time we spent with family, especially with little Minh, was very limited.

Worrying About 'No Space for Baby to Play'

As Minh grew older, I started to worry. Our apartment only had 2 bedrooms, Minh had his own room, but there was no space for him to play and exercise. Every evening, after work, I would take him to the park near our house, but the park was always crowded and not safe. I started looking for a more spacious, quieter living space with lots of greenery and safety for the baby.

The Journey to Find a True 'Nest'

I started researching new urban areas in the suburbs of the city. I looked at many projects, from Phu My Hung to areas in District 9 and District 2. Each area has its own advantages, but also limitations. Phu My Hung is too expensive and quite far from the center. Areas in District 9 don't have many amenities yet, and the infrastructure is limited. I also consulted with friends and relatives, but everyone had a different opinion. I felt really stuck.

Once, I accidentally learned about the An Phu An Khanh urban area in District 2. I researched information about this area online, watched introductory videos, and read reviews from people who have lived here. I was impressed with the green space, good security, and amenities for families. In particular, the area also has an international kindergarten right in the urban area, which is very convenient for picking up and dropping off Minh.

My husband and I decided to go see the model houses in An Phu An Khanh. When we arrived, I was truly overwhelmed. The villas here are beautifully and modernly designed, with spacious and airy living spaces. Each villa has its own private garden, where Minh can freely play and run around. The urban area also has a swimming pool, park, and children's playground, fully meeting the needs of our family.

The Decision to 'Transform' to An Phu An Khanh

After careful consideration, my husband and I decided to buy a villa in An Phu An Khanh. I know that moving here means having to commute a little further, but I believe this is the right decision. I want Minh to have a beautiful childhood, to live in a safe, healthy environment, and to have many opportunities to develop.

A Peaceful Life and Small Joys

After moving to An Phu An Khanh, our family's life has changed a lot. Minh loves the new villa, he often runs around the garden, playing with other children. I also have more time to take care of my family, cook, read, and exercise. In the evening, the whole family often sits in the garden, watching the stars and chatting. I feel truly happy and peaceful.

Advice from a Mother

If you are looking for a peaceful, safe, and convenient living space for your family, consider the An Phu An Khanh urban area. This is a great place for you to enjoy life and nurture the future generations. I believe that a good living space will contribute significantly to the comprehensive development of children.
