56 Million VND - A Family Home in Thu Thiem: Why We've Decided to Relocate

The Days of Searching for a 'Nest' for Our Child

Hello everyone, my name is Lan, I'm 34 years old, and my husband, Hung, is 36. We have a son named Minh, who is almost 4 years old. Three years ago, when Minh was just one year old, my husband and I decided to find a new home, one that was more spacious and safer for our son. At that time, we were living in a small apartment in Binh Thanh District. Although it was convenient, Minh was growing so fast that there wasn't enough space for him to run and explore. I remember clearly that every evening, Minh would ask to go outside to play, but the area around the apartment was quite noisy and lacked greenery.

The Worry of 'No Space for a Growing Child'

Both my husband and I are office workers with busy jobs. My biggest concern was not having enough time to play with our son and worrying about his safety as he freely explored. I researched many residential areas and real estate projects, but couldn't find one that met all my criteria: green space, good security, proximity to schools and hospitals. I remember once, I almost signed a contract to buy a townhouse in District 9, but after careful consideration, I realized that the area lacked many amenities and the traffic wasn't convenient. I decided to continue searching, even though I knew it would take more time and effort.

The Journey of 'Overcoming Difficulties' to Find a Home

I started gathering information on real estate websites, asking friends and relatives for advice. I also spent a lot of time visiting actual sites, viewing model homes, and talking to residents living in different residential areas. There were times when I felt discouraged, as it seemed like there was nowhere suitable for our family. I remember once, I was about to sign a contract to buy a townhouse in District 9, but after careful consideration, I realized that the area lacked many amenities and the traffic wasn't convenient. I decided to continue searching, even though I knew it would take more time and effort.

Thu Thiem Villa - An Unexpected 'Stopping Point'

By chance, a friend introduced me to the An Phu - An Khanh Ward in District 2. I visited and was immediately impressed by the lush green space, clean streets, and guaranteed security. In particular, this ward has a large park, Cao Duc Lan, which is perfect for our family to play and relax. I viewed a villa on 31C Street, with an area of 223.8m2, 11m x 20m, expanding to 12m at the back. This villa has a modern, airy design with a spacious garden, very suitable for my family's preferences. I decided to put down a deposit immediately after viewing the house.

Happy Days at Our New 'Nest'

Since moving to the Thu Thiem villa, our family's life has changed a lot. Minh has a spacious area to run and explore. My husband and I can spend more time playing with our son, going for walks in the park, and organizing small picnics together. I remember clearly that every morning, when I wake up, I feel full of energy because I live in a clean and quiet environment. My wife often waters the plants in the garden, and Minh loves to run around the park, laughing and talking happily. These simple moments have brought our family much joy and happiness.

The Decision to Relocate - A New Chapter

However, after 3 years of living here, my husband received a very good job opportunity abroad. We have decided to move to a new country to start a new chapter in our lives. Therefore, I have decided to relocate this villa to another family, those who are also looking for an ideal home. I hope this villa will bring them the same joy and happiness it has brought to my family.

Advice from the Heart

If you are looking for a new home for your family, take the time to research thoroughly, considering all important factors: living space, security, amenities, and transportation. Don't just look at the appearance, but pay attention to the real values that a home can bring to your family. And most importantly, listen to your heart to find a place where you truly feel you belong.
