The Days of Searching for a 'Nest'
My wife and I work in the city center, and our lives are quite busy. When our daughter, Na, was born, we started thinking about finding a more peaceful living space, closer to nature, so our daughter could grow up healthy and happy. Modern, convenient apartments couldn't meet that need. We wanted a place with a garden, space for our daughter to play, and the ability to host small, cozy gatherings with family and friends.
The Endless Worry of Searching
The journey to find a suitable home was truly a challenge. We looked at many projects, from emerging urban areas to long-established residential areas. Each place had its own advantages and disadvantages. Some houses were too far from the city center, making our commute difficult. Others were located in noisy areas, lacking green space. We began to feel discouraged, wondering if we would ever find a place that truly suited us. Especially with a budget of around 400 million VND, finding a riverside villa that met all of my family's criteria was a difficult equation.
Riverside Villa in District 2 - A Destiny to Settle Down
A friend introduced us to a riverside villa in District 2. As soon as we went to see it, I felt like I had found a blessed piece of land. The villa is located in a quiet, secure residential area, only about 15 minutes from the city center. The area of 1,200m2, with 30x37m squared, is enough space for my daughter to freely run and explore. The house is built in a modern, luxurious style, with all the amenities: a swimming pool, a spacious living room, a convenient kitchen, and cozy bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with high-end furniture, providing a comfortable and convenient feeling for my family. Moreover, the house faces Southeast, catching natural sunlight, bringing a fresh and airy atmosphere. We decided to put down a deposit immediately after seeing the house.
A Decision Not Easily Made
Deciding to buy this villa wasn't easy. We carefully weighed the pros and cons. One of our biggest concerns was the cost of maintaining and operating the house. A large villa like this would certainly be much more expensive than an apartment. However, after careful calculation, we found that this cost was entirely within my family's ability to pay. Moreover, we believe that the benefits the house offers – a quiet living space, close to nature, good security, and full amenities – will be worth the money we spend. We also consulted with neighbors, and received very positive reviews about this residential area.
Simple Happiness Every Day
After moving into the new villa, my family's life has changed a lot. Na loves the spaciousness and can freely run and play in the garden. My wife enjoys planting trees and taking care of flowers in the small garden. I enjoy sitting and sipping coffee, reading by the pool on weekend mornings. We often host small, cozy parties with family and friends, enjoying happy moments together. This villa is not just a house, but a home, where we nurture love and build the future.
Advice from the Heart
If you are looking for a peaceful living space, close to nature, and with enough space for your family to grow, a riverside villa may be a great choice. Take the time to research carefully, weigh the pros and cons, and make the decision that best suits your family's needs and abilities. Don't hesitate to ask for advice from those with experience, and trust your instincts. Because a house is not just a place to live, but a place to build happiness.
